Patti Blackstaffe
As founder of Strategic Sense Inc, with a team of professionals, people often ask me what my job is. My response? Put simply, to take people out of their comfort zones so that passion, innovation and creativity are possible. I spend most of my time delivering on this promise using various one-on-one strategies in relationships, executive advising, consulting and training with the intention one of them will resonate with YOU. By you, I mean YOU specifically who is reading this now. Whether it is in our writing, the speaking, meeting with executives or teams, my desire is that the strategies and techniques for positive change, collaboration, and ingenuity will trigger a moment of clarity and movement toward a deeper sense of fulfillment and authenticity. The office may not be nirvana, but it CAN be collaborative, creative, inventive and have the kind of culture individuals wish to return to on Monday. We would love to work with you to show you how!
