Nicole began her career early as an illustrator, fort designer, and orange crate scooter builder. She was six.
She has since honed her talents at the George Brown College, and the Sheridan College of Craft & Design.
Nicole lives in Calgary and has designed for large publications and pharmaceutical companies in Toronto and many corporate clients in Calgary for the past ten years. Her work has included the design of glass installations, commissioned illustrations, and print collateral. Inspired by typography and the details of everyday “stuff”, Nicole’s designs embody a quiet elegance and a sense of fun. The concept of simpler design is also an important motivator in her work. By applying considered design to branding, Nicole shares her sense of beauty in a way that is accessible, and integrated into the client’s direction.
Most recently Nicole has been designing for small business that need a great look that works in a small budget. Her work has been featured in small gallery venues, trade shows and magazines both locally and nationally.
